Role: Cyber Security Engineer with Trellix Location: remote Duration: Contract Experience: Minimum 10+ years Key Skills: Trellix, McAfee, Fire eye Note: Only H1 Visa who can share PP (Dont share GC, GC EAD, H4, OPT/CPT) Role Description: Responsibilities: Design and implement comprehensive security strategies using Trellix products. Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines. Monitor and analyze security threats using Trellix solutions. Respond to security incidents and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. Implement and manage intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS) with Trellix. Integrate Trellix products into the existing security infrastructure. Perform regular updates and maintenance of Trellix security solutions. Manage the deployment, configuration, and fine-tuning of Trellix products. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments using Trellix tools. Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations. Provide technical support for Trellix products across the organization. Train internal teams on the use and best practices of Trellix solutions. Stay updated with the latest Trellix product releases and cybersecurity trends. Generate reports on security incidents, system performance, and risk assessments. Document security policies, procedures, and incidents for internal use and audits. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on Trellix products. Proven experience in network security, endpoint protection, and threat management. Proficient in the use of Trellix products (e.g., Trellix ePO, Trellix Endpoint Security, Trellix Network Security). Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and other cybersecurity tools. Knowledge of scripting and automation for security tasks (e.g., Python, PowerShell). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
