Experience with managing and developing NLP technologies and processes, libraries, and frameworks, such as, but not limited to, NLTK, SPaCy, Hugging Face. Recognizes research opportunities for data acquisition and new uses for existing data, understands and identifies applications of data to the operation of the business, and works closely with data subject matter experts and data science teams to determine what data management systems are appropriate and what data is needed. Identifies, designs, and implements operational improvements such as automating and streamlining manual processes, data quality checks, error handling, and recovery.
