Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large scale software system. Expert 84+ Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 months experience writing technical specifications including ETL source to target mapping documents, use cases, software architecture documents, ETL design documents and implementation documents. 84 months experience using ETL tools, like Oracle Data Integrator to migrate data from various sources and targets including databases, flat files, and XML files. 84 months experience using Oracle Data Integrator 11g or later. 84 months experience working with Oracle 11g or later. 72 months experience in design, development and implementation of business intelligence architectures with experience in analysis, problem solving, technical writing, presenting and communicating with stakeholders. 36 months experience developing, implementing and integrating systems related to Criminal Justice processing at the state or federal level using Criminal Justice terminology and nomenclatures.
