Configuration changes to the UCMC non-production MDM environment. 2. Support of deployment of Project configurations to the production environment, including go-live checklist. 3. Solution architecture and design documentation updates. 4. Solution configuration documentation updates. Change Control Process Formal scope control process will include provisions for the following: " Identification and description of the scope change. " Cost and schedule impact analysis. " A review process that includes sign-off by both UCMC. " A standard documentation and logging procedure that will allow all parties to track each change in scope. " Final approval by the project Executive Sponsors depending on the level and impact of the change. Technical Assumptions This section contains additional assumptions and dependencies made or relied upon to develop this estimate. The validity of these dependencies and assumptions may impact elements of this estimate. " The resource(s) are provided VPN access to UCMC's network. " UCMC will request IBM to provision access to MDM non-production servers for resources. " Resource's firm will not have access to UCMC production environment. Project Management Assumptions 1. UCMC will assign a Project Manager and allocate enough time for the Project Manager to effectively meet the role requirements identified in the project plan. 2. Resource will carry out the application support work remotely, no on-site presence or travel is required. 3. The MDM technical consultants are available during business hours unless otherwise agreed to.
