Job Summary: As a Quickwit SME, you will be responsible for the deployment, optimization, and management of Quickwit search engine solutions. You will leverage your expertise to ensure efficient data indexing, search performance, and overall system reliability. Your role will involve working closely with data engineers, developers, and IT teams to implement and support Quickwit within our data infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Deployment & Configuration: Lead the setup, configuration, and deployment of Quickwit clusters, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements. Optimization: Optimize Quickwit performance, including query execution, indexing, and resource management, to handle large-scale data efficiently. Integration: Integrate Quickwit with other data sources and systems, including logging frameworks, data lakes, and analytics platforms. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to Quickwit, such as performance bottlenecks, indexing problems, and data inconsistencies. Best Practices: Develop and enforce best practices for Quickwit usage, including data schema design, search optimization techniques, and system maintenance.
