Collaborate with stakeholders, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Architect and design frontend solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers, reviewing their code and ensuring best practices are followed. Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies, suggesting improvements to enhance the frontend development process and deliverables. Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, quality, and maintainability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development and deployment phases. Write technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, coding guidelines, and best practices. Minimum of 15 years of experience in frontend web development with expertise in React JS. Strong knowledge of Drupal and its integration with frontend technologies. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with modern frontend frameworks and libraries such as React, Redux, Angular, or Vue.js. Experience with frontend build tools and package managers such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM. Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and mobile-first development. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience in agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Experience with performance optimization and testing techniques. Previous experience in architecting and designing frontend solutions is highly desired.
