Create interactive and user-friendly e-learning modules, simulations, and tutorials. Conduct training sessions and workshops (train the trainer) Work with the Training Lead and OCM team to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements. Maintain and update training documentation and resources. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for training tools and platforms. Work with the SMEs and workstream leads to develop the content Requirements: Proven experience as a Training Developer or similar role. Proficiency in using SAP Enable Now and OnScreen for training development. Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Familiarity with other e-learning tools and platforms.
