The ideal candidate is a team-oriented professional who has proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage a complex systems infrastructure. This position involves managing and maintaining servers, ensuring systems are secure, and upgrading network software and hardware. Responsibilities Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server environments. Manage and maintain VMware environment, including provisioning of new virtual servers as needed. Implement and administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other core Windows services. Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability. Evaluate system logs to identify potential issues with computer systems. Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions. Maintain and administer security policies and procedures. Coordinate and communicate with vendors and providers for infrastructure-related products. Requirements 4+ years of proven experience as a Windows Server Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role. Expert knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
