Position Summary: The Network Engineering Lead / Infrastructure Manager will report directly to the CTO and play a pivotal role in ensuring the availability, stability, security, and optimal performance of the client's IT infrastructure. This role combines infrastructure management, project management, systems administration, and security analysis. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to strategize, implement, and maintain robust security measures, identify potential vulnerabilities, and proactively address risks. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Project & Infrastructure Management: Manage projects, collaborate with organizational teams to deploy and manage servers, networks, and related hardware/software components. Security & Compliance: Conduct regular security assessments, implement security policies, and respond to security incidents with appropriate corrective actions. System Administration: Administer Citrix environments, Hypervisor Infrastructure, and email infrastructure (e.g., Google Workspace, O365) to support secure access, collaboration, and productivity. Network Management: Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot network issues, and implement necessary improvements, including firewall and intrusion prevention systems. Automation & Optimization: Configure and maintain SCCM infrastructure for efficient software deployment and updates, automate frequently requested tasks, and provide self-service capabilities. Documentation & Communication: Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations and security measures; communicate security concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in leadership roles involving strategy, budgeting, and staffing. Proven experience in infrastructure management, project management, systems administration, and security analysis. Experience in healthcare settings is highly preferred but not required. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including switching, routing, and perimeter device management. Expertise with Cisco, Palo Alto, VMware, Citrix, Meraki, Aruba, AD, PowerShell, SCCM, SQL. Knowledge of Azure cloud environments and virtualization technologies. Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Certifications: Certifications in relevant fields are desired but not required. Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
