This is a critical role requiring deep expertise in ETL, data warehousing, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating automated data pipelines and handling complex data integration tasks. This is a highly technical team, and candidates must demonstrate senior-level skills in technical interviews. Key Responsibilities: Develop technical solutions for data acquisition, integration, and sharing in support of business strategies using legacy systems, Microsoft Azure, and Pega Cloud (AWS). Load Customer Data into Pega CDH on Pega Cloud, monitor data quality, and implement related controls. Migrate existing ETL for the Pega marketing PaaS solution to a Pega managed service in the cloud (SaaS solution). Design and implement data frameworks and pipelines to process data from on-premises and cloud sources into Pega AWS (PostgreSQL) and Azure Data storages. Provide technical leadership and guide team members on development and operations. Evaluate existing designs, implement optimizations, and document best practices for data models, data loads, and query performance. Ensure compliance with Navy Federal's engineering and information security principles. Collaborate with business leadership to understand data requirements and develop solutions that drive business objectives. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. ETL Experience: Advanced, hands-on experience with automated data pipelines for batch ETL and advanced analytics data repositories. Data Warehousing: Advanced experience with PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and cloud technologies (AWS, ADLS). SQL Proficiency: Strong understanding of SQL, Procedures, and Packages. Technical expertise in cloud environments including configuration, load-balancing, auto-scaling, monitoring, and networking.
