Implementation experience required in configuration and functional design. - Proven ability to interact with customers to define implementation strategies, business requirements, and solution design related to SAP processes and digital transformation initiatives. - Extensive experience in all phases of project life cycle, including Gap Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Creation of Functional Specifications, Testing (Unit/Integration/User Acceptance), Conducting User Trainings, Cutover, Go-Live support, and Post-Go-Live defect resolution. - Deep understanding of business processes within high-volume industries utilizing SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management). - Hands-on expertise in configuring SAP BRIM systems, including country-specific localization, BRIM CI FICA, FICA events, and complex business rules using BRF+ (Business Rule Framework) for collections. - Proficiency in Dunning management, designing collection strategies, and implementing comprehensive business rules in BRF+ following SAP best practices. - Experience with collection work items generation, promise to pay, and managing collection activities within FICA. - Design and implementation of organizational structures for Collections Management, integration of FICA with Dispute Management, Creditworthiness Management, and Doubtful & Individual Value Adjustments. FSCM (Credit Management) Integration Responsibilities: 1. Extensive experience in integrating SAP FICA with FSCM Credit Management for real-time credit control and risk management across receivables. 2. Configuration of credit limits, credit scoring models, and risk categories, with seamless integration to manage credit exposure within SAP FICA. 3. Implementation of automated credit decision processes based on FICA receivables data, enhancing credit control and minimizing risk. 4. Deep knowledge of managing credit blocks/releases linked to financial standing and payment behaviours captured in FICA. 5. Strong experience integrating FICA with FSCM Dispute Management, ensuring that dispute cases are directly tied to outstanding receivables and effectively tracked and resolved. 6. Expertise in defining and managing credit rules and policies that reflect business-specific risk management practices, utilizing real-time data from FICA transactions. Qualifications: - Extensive hands-on experience with SAP BRIM, SAP FICA, BRF+, and SAP FSCM. - Proven ability to implement high-quality solutions in complex business environments. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications **Will require travel 75%+ to Denver and other locations (mostly Raleigh).
