Position: Enterprise Architect (ConnectWise) Location: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite a week) in Fort Lauderdale area Duration: 6-12Months Visa: NO H1B/CPT Interview: Phone/Skype/Teams Job Description: Job Description: We are seeking a skilled ConnectWise expert (Enterprise Architect) to join our team. This is a contract-to-hire, role where you will be responsible for the administration, consulting, customization, configuration, and setup of ConnectWise features and workflows. You will work closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure ConnectWise is optimized to meet business needs efficiently. Responsibilities: Administration of ConnectWise to maintain optimal performance and functionality. Customize, configure, and set up features and workflows within ConnectWise based on business needs. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to ConnectWise implementation and usage. Collaborate with business leaders & cross-functional teams to integrate ConnectWise with other systems and applications. Stay updated on ConnectWise updates, features, and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements. Requirements: 5+ years experience working with ConnectWise platform. Strong consulting skills with the ability to understand and translate requirements into ConnectWise solutions. Familiarity with monitoring systems such as OpsRamp. Hands-on experience in customizing and configuring ConnectWise features, workflows, and integrations. Experience with system upgrades and piloting end-users. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to ConnectWise. Ability to assess ConnectWise environment and configuration process flow from PMOsupport/ticketingbilling & give recommendations for CW going forward. Effective communication & documentation skills to relay information to both technical and non-technical customers. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
