Job Description - Job Title: Product Owner Power BI Developer Location: Onsite Atlanta, Georgia Duration: 12+ Months MOI: Skype The Airport Customer Service Business Development team is focused on building and communicating a unified business strategy and coordinating the execution of Airport Customer Service initiatives. Through cross-functional ideation and collaboration, the team will build and share resources to further support work groups in delivering impact. The team is looking for an experienced individual develop, maintain, and deliver services and solutions using the Microsoft Power BI with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, SQL Server, Teradata, AWS, and other integrations. Provide daily production system support and user support. Has strong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform including MS Power Platform and Paginated Reports. Develop and deliver user training for Power Platform development. Job Qualifications - Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 3-5+ years of relevant work experience related to Microsoft Power BI Experience with integrating Power BI with other tools and platforms, such as excel, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, or third-party applications. Proficient in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions). Proficient in ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) Processes. Working knowledge of database systems (i.e. SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL) Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R, especially in the context of data analysis and machine learning. Experience in cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, particularly their data services. Ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Builds relationships and trust with ease. Must have strong business acumen, statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and ability to manage complex processes with cross-functional teams. Job Qualifications Preferred Proficiency in advanced DAX and Power Query with ability to write complex DAX expressions. Experience in creating customs visuals and Power BI API Expertise in using M Language Performance Tuning, Data Warehousing and Automation. Preferred Microsoft Certifications: Azure Data Engineer Associate or Power Platform App Maker Associate. Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop and implement applications, reports/dashboards, and automate workflows utilizing MS PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate 2. Assists in maintaining and integrating data resources, including SharePoint, databases, cloud storage, data sets. 3. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets to provide actionable insights. 4. Design and implement data models in Power BI to support reporting requirements. 5. Design and create automated Paginated Reports 6. Create and manage data connections and transformations using Power Query and DAX. 7. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 8. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reports and dashboards. 9. Optimize the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards. 10. Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities. 11. Stay updated on Power BI features and industry best practices to continuously improve BI solutions. 12. Develop documentation for BI solutions and processes. 13. Participate in data governance and compliance initiatives to ensure data integrity and security.
