Rate range : $45-$50/hr. on C2C max Job Description: Minimum of 7 years experience with Workday Ability to at least write advanced reports in Workday Understanding of Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Performance etc. Ability to gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions, and production issues reported by end users Define and implement system enhancements that advance the goals of the business, advising on best practices, and recommending process improvements to ensure scalability and efficiency Ability to configure, test, validate and implement Business Process changes in Workday. Should identify opportunities for business process improvements.
