Job Description We are looking for a Software Developer to develop, test, and maintain current computer programs that provide instructions computers must follow to perform their function Required: Bachelors degree in computer science or software engineering Experience with Pro-Watch 4.5 or similar access control systems Experience with NeverFail Continuity Engine Experience with Jazz Experience with SharePoint Experience with Windows Server Experience with SQL Server Strong understanding of computer systems, architecture, and software development principles Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes including planning, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment Ability to develop logical structures for solving complex computational problems Experience with updating, repairing, modifying, and expanding existing programs Knowledge of programming techniques and best practices Skill in preparing flowcharts and diagrams to represent program operations Analytical skills to understand and apply computer capabilities and symbolic logic to program design Effective communication skills for collaborating with supervisors, department representatives, and end-users Familiarity with structured analysis and design methodologies.
