This position emphasizes strong technical leadership in Salesforce and .NET development, with a focus on integrating systems and mentoring team members. This role focuses on hiring a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer who possesses strong experience in APEX development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), along with expertise in APEX design patterns. The ideal candidate will have deep proficiency in Salesforce development and be capable of integrating .NET applications with Salesforce.Responsibilities: Lead the development of .NET applications and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce. Participate in all SDLC phases: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and maintenance. Mentor junior developers and contribute to the teams technical growth. Collaborate with system integrators to ensure efficient knowledge transfer and ongoing maintenance of the systems.Required Skills and Experience: 10+ years of experience in .NET development with strong proficiency in C# and SQL. Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns. Salesforce development experience, specifically in APEX and APEX design patterns. Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as ExtJS or Angular. Knowledge of SOA architecture and integration techniques. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with MuleSoft or API management. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.Administrative Considerations: Full-time position: 40 hours per week.
