Title: ETL Developer with python exp Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Job Description We are competing with two other vendors for three positions, and the client plans to conduct interviews before deciding which vendor to move forward with. Its critical we present the best candidate available with healthcare exp. This role sits within the data management space, primarily focusing on cases where a member is associated with a departing physician requiring the patient to be notified/transitioned to a new physician. Additionally, theres a payment indexing project where existing Python scripts need to be reviewed and updated to align with new data elements. All of this work will involve ETL expertise. RDBMS SQL Server and Oracle, Python, SSIS, SQL and for lookups and connections points. Python ETL is absolutely required. 100% Remote PST time zone no EST or central time zone candidates Top Skills' Details Strong Python experience- writing scripts/reading complex scripts Inserting changes to scripts/testing scripts SQL/Oracle/NoSQL database experience- SQL is more heavily used on this team Data Manipulation ETL experience Experience writing out self-services tools in Python Healthcare experience on the Provider side Nice to have: Power apps/building inventory management/workflow tools - IBM notes getting decommissioned at the end of the year Job Description: Refine, enhance existing and develop new python scripts to meet Centenes regulatory requirements to: o Identify member populations for when the assigned PCP is leaving the network, new PCPs can be assigned to these members Create a self-serving tool for a 3 year look back period of the member population. Once the member population is identified, 1/letter will be send out to the members 2/ member data will be send over to corporate to do outbound calls Refine, Enhance existing and develop new python scripts to identify missing claim elements for behavior health data based on the business rules Need these this individual to go through and read the script (python) and provide updates to the data elements- figure out where to insert those changes, testing it, and ensure its doing those updates appropriately. There is another Python script that identifies that member population but needs this engineer to create a script built into a self-service tool so that team members can access the script throughout the day every time they get a PCP that is terminating and they need to pull in the member population so they can send these letters.
