Analysts will develop reports and summaries, as well as clear and concise process maps and flowcharts using industry-standard tools, communicate complex workflows effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, and stay up to date on industry best practices for process analysis and documentation. Education: A bachelors degree in business administration, information systems or a related field is preferred. Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business analysis, process documentation or a similar role. Strong analytical or problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
