Provide training and knowledge transfer to client administrators and end-users on Oracle Fusion Compensation and Core HR functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Preferred certifications include Oracle Cloud certifications related to HCM, such as Oracle Fusion Compensation Implementation Specialist or Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Consultant. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Core HR and compensation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity and ease with IT systems and Microsoft Office products.
