Preferred certifications include Oracle Cloud certifications related to HCM, such as Oracle Fusion Compensation Implementation Specialist or Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Consultant. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Core HR and compensation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity and ease with IT systems and Microsoft Office products. At least 3-5 years experience demonstrating an understanding of the Oracle Cloud human capital management concepts and general module features for journey and Compensation.
