Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Job Description: Should be capable to handle Organizational change management (OCM) activities Should have exposure in preparing training content. Should be expert in preparing and updating SOPs. Should have exposure in working with Manhattan WMS implementation projects. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including warehouse operations, IT, and WMS vendors. Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
