Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira configuration and usage. Qualification: Proficiency in Jira administration, including workflows, permissions, schemes, and automation. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, JavaScript) for Jira automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (1.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity (3.)
