Role :: SailPoint Lead Location :: Dallas , TX (Onsite) Type :: Contract Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy: Lead and manage a team of SailPoint developers and engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship. Define and implement best practices for SailPoint IdentityIQ deployment, configuration, and integration. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Technical Implementation: Design and architect SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including workflows, provisioning, and access certifications. Customize and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ connectors for various applications, directories, and databases. Develop and maintain identity governance policies and procedures within SailPoint IdentityIQ. Ensure the integration of SailPoint with other IAM components, such as Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud-based services. Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for SailPoint implementation projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with other IT initiatives. Provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders, highlighting project risks and mitigation strategies. Support & Maintenance: Oversee the troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to SailPoint IdentityIQ. Ensure the systems stability, performance, and security, conducting regular audits and compliance checks. Continuously monitor and optimize the SailPoint environment to meet evolving business needs. Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for end-users and IT staff on SailPoint IdentityIQ functionalities. Stay updated with the latest developments in SailPoint technologies and IAM trends, recommending improvements as necessary. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ. Proven experience in leading SailPoint projects, including design, development, and deployment. Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance management. Proficiency in Java, XML, and scripting languages relevant to SailPoint customization. Experience with integrating SailPoint IdentityIQ with other IAM tools, directories, and databases. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Relevant certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Architect or similar are a plus.
