| From: Vikas, Cyber Resource [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] ELECT is seeking a senior level Project Manager (PM) to lead the implementation of its SVRS, a new statewide voter registration and election management system The Project Manager will perform all tasks and duties related to the day-to-day project management function in accordance with the PMI Program Management Standard and in alignment with existing ELECT processes to ensure the successful implementation of the SVRS. This is a high risk project. It is anticipated that the Project Manager will work a hybrid (remote and onsite) schedule. . The length of engagement is anticipated to be 18 -24 months. Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Completion of a Category 1 or 2 Commonwealth project of $5M or more, or completion of a non-COV project with a value grater than $10M as PM of recordRequired Experience with Commonwealth Project Management (CPM) methodologies in large-scale projects (greater than $10 million and medium to high complexity)Required Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certificationRequired Documented risk management experienceRequired Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.Required Review of PM qualification consistent with the VITA PMQR and CIO overviewRequired Familiarization with the Commonwealths Technology Portfolio (CTP) tool, Planview Enterprise OneRequired Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.Required Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal direct supervision.Required Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.Required Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Required Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.Required Question 1Commonwealth of Virginia security policies prohibit the use of offshore IT contractors.
