We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to join our team in Woodlawn, MD. This hybrid role requires managing ServiceNow projects and developing customer project plans that align with SOW terms and objectives.Key Responsibilities:
Design and Deployment: Develop, implement, and oversee scalable ServiceNow integration solutions and project plans, ensuring alignment with SOW terms and customer objectives.
API Design and Management: Create and manage APIs using RAML or OAS, following best practices for API design, security, and documentation.
Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve integration issues, providing technical support and maintenance to ensure high availability and performance of integration solutions.
Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand integration needs, and deliver solutions that meet project objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest MuleSoft features and industry trends, recommending and implementing improvements to optimize integration processes and platform usage.
Customer Relationship Management: Manage overall project relationships, identify and develop new opportunities with customers, support early qualification, and communicate these back to the ServiceNow Developers.
Documentation: Document key ServiceNow operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management.
Agile Practices: Apply Agile software development practices to effectively manage multiple ServiceNow Development initiatives.
IRM and CAM Modules: Utilize experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and CAM modules to enhance project management and deliverables.
Communication: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective presentation skills.Basic Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
10 years of experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager developing customer project plans that align with SOW terms and customer objectives.
5 years of experience working as a ServiceNow Project Manager.
3 years of experience managing the overall project relationship, identifying and developing new opportunities with customers, supporting early qualification, and communicating these back to ServiceNow Developers.
3 years of experience documenting key ServiceNow operational policies, processes, and methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple ServiceNow Development initiatives.
Good understanding of Agile software development practices.
Experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and CAM modules.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
