Job Description: Enterprise Architect - Core Admin & Med Management Platform Migration Key Responsibilities: Develop a detailed understanding of the MetroPlus program vision, requirements, architectures, and migration plans. Develop a detailed understanding of HRP, GuidingCare, MetroPlus and Third-party solutions, capabilities, configurations, and limitations with the support of technical product experts and business users. Apply domain knowledge to fully understand and identify how solutions can be configured and delivered to best meet MetroPlus requirements/business processes. Identify, document, and communicate issues and/or gaps within HRP, GuidingCare and other third-party solutions. Define how the components of all the applications relate to each other, and how the facilities (new or existing) will support the capability or business area. Identify, document, and communicate issues and/or gaps between HRP, GuidingCare and other third-party solutions. Complete analysis to determine relative program risk of identified risks and/or gaps. Identify and prioritize solution alternatives that mitigate identified issues and/or gaps. Work with other architects to explore and define how the proposed solutions will fit into the overall enterprise architecture. Work across all impacted parties to develop detailed designs and plans for prioritized solution alternatives. Validate the design with the stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the requirements. Fully evaluate solution alternatives and provide recommendations on the course of action for the program. Where approved, coordinate with impacted stakeholders to pivot delivery teams and resources to implement the alternative solution. Required Experience: Enterprise Architecture with a focus on end-to-end application integration require a senior enterprise architect or senior solution architect who can drive strategic solution architecture decisions with the clients IT and business teams as well as with the technology vendors that meet both technical and business strategic objectives. Any knowledge of HealthEdges HealthRulesPayer, GuidingCare, and Market Prominence products would be a definite asset must have prior experience with these business domains as they need to understand the business requirements for these areas. The core relevant experience will be with health insurance technology platforms for enrollment, billing, claims, provider management, and medical management (like HealthRulesPayer, Guiding Care, and Market Prominence the technologies we are implementing). Experience with EDI transactions, correspondence software like SmartComm, health providers/hospital technologies like Epic, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PMB) software, credentialing platforms like Cactus, or member/provider portals like Availity or Salesforce would be tangentially relevant to our project but will not be sufficient for this role. Health Insurance platforms required prioritize candidates with HealthEdge product certifications (HRP and GuidingCare) as well as architecture certifications like TOGAF or Zachman. This position is 100% remote and requires working 9-5 Eastern Time. We are assessing onshore, nearshore, and offshore candidates as long as they can work this shift. With candidate strength and rate being equal, we will favor candidates who can travel to NYC about once every 2 months, but this is optional and not at all mandatory for this role.
