In this role, you will leverage your expertise in SAP ACM to support and optimize agricultural contract management processes for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of SAP ACM functionalities, exceptional consulting skills, and a solid understanding of the agricultural industry. Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Agricultural Contract Management (ACM) solutions. Customize the SAP ACM module to meet the specific needs of clients in the agricultural sector. Client Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business processes and requirements. Provide expert guidance on best practices, process improvements, and SAP ACM functionalities. Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. System Integration: Work with technical teams to integrate SAP ACM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba) and external systems. Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability. Training & Support: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and client teams. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP ACM-related issues and system enhancements. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with SAP ACM updates and industry trends. Recommend and implement improvements to optimize system performance and functionality. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Agriculture, or a related field. SAP certification in ACM or related modules is highly desirable. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP ACM, including at least 2 years in a consulting or implementation role. Experience in the agricultural industry is preferred. In-depth knowledge of SAP Agricultural Contract Management (ACM) module. Strong understanding of agricultural business processes and contract management. Proven ability to configure and customize SAP ACM solutions. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules is a plus.
