| Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer Location: San Jose, CA Role Description: Provide technical input on feasibility/design for business needs. Investigate APIs for data support and necessary modifications. Define data format and mapping for system interfaces. Document system requirements, including presentation and backend services. Assist in process flow and business function improvements. Support prioritization of features aligned with product strategy. Collaborate with product management to define MVP. Provide demos to internal teams and stakeholders. Participate in Scrum-related meetings and project planning. Perform tests to validate changes and application behavior. Recommend efficiency improvements. Determine root causes of system issues using documentation, logs, and testing. Advocate for maintainable and extensible solutions. Mentor less experienced peers. Technical Expertise: Services-Oriented Architecture System-to-system integrations via APIs Configuration Management Error Handling XML/JSON Data Structures Familiarity with mobile and responsive web apps is a plus.
