Need Experience with AI tools PV Feedback on Last rejection The candidates should have extensive experience with AI technologies but not exposure to them. Both resumes you shared do not show any depth of experience with AI technologies. I went through 40+ bullet points of their responsibilities per one job and it is still unclear what they expertise and focus is and what they specifically done on their jobs. We are not looking for general Automation QAs, the requirements we are looking for I've shared before. There is nothing new on it. We do not need resumes to be adjusted to some specific points of the job description. We need professionals who have deep understanding of AI technologies, who is able to work with them on a daily basis, teach others and elaborate well about their responsibilities and solution/cases. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science or related discipline, or combination of education and experience. Minimum of 8+ years of professional QA Engineer experience. Experience with text-to-speech (TTS)/speech synthesis technology/tools Hands on experience coding in Python, PHP, Java, C/C++ or equivalent language Experience with OCR (Optical Character recognition) libraries, tools like Tesseract, OCRopus etc. Possess strong technical, analytical, and strong customer engagement skills, comfortable communicating with product owners and ability to manage the end-user expectations. Experience working with different Voice AI tools like Murf AI, ElevenLab etc. Have a good understanding of ecommerce applications and architecture to assist in troubleshooting Technical aptitude to understand system architecture and follow how the various components talk to one another Must have basic knowledge and experience working with the Aloha Software products or equivalent Point of Sale system Monitor application logs to determine system behavior. Address all technical issues; facilitate the resolution and follow up with Development and other cross-functional departments.
