This individual will be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives and delivering transformational change aligned with the newly established Client Operations organization. The Business Process Engineer will use lean six sigma and project management skills and methodologies to drive the full lifecycle of project delivery from planning through implementation working with a wide range of business partners.
