Maintained production instances and non-production instances. Supported many teams on reviewing the code and configuration changes and deploying them to production instances. Experience with ServiceNow issues analysis and fixing for ITSM modules. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, customization, upgrade, and patching. Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow engineers, providing guidance, technical expertise, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Work with a solid understanding of Agile project methodologies and ITIL processes.
