Experience in soliciting client and system requirements through detailed interviews, workshops, analyzing existing system documentation and prototype sessions. Working directly and efficiently with senior management, FAs, Trading desk, Operations, IT, Risk, Legal and Compliance groups. Strong experience of all aspects of Wealth Management and Trading. Experienced meeting coordinator with excellent communication, presentation, conflict resolving and prioritization skills. Expert in Data Mapping, capturing business rules and data transformation rules. Excellent in creating Project Plans, process flow diagrams, workflow diagrams, data flows, data modeling and UI design using MS-Visio and iRise. Strong analytical and technical skills with a thorough understanding of the SDLC Waterfall model, Agile and XP methods. Energizer and Assertive Team leader with a strong pro-active work ethic Highly detail oriented and diligent in capturing meeting minutes and tracking open issues, action items, risks and project change requests, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven track record in taking ownership of tasks from end to end, planning, following through and executing multiple tasks and assignments on schedule.
