Key Responsibilities: Training Needs Assessment: Assist the Organizational Change Management Team on assessing training needs across the organization. Program Development: Design and help/oversee develop training programs, including e-learning, workshops, and seminars. Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions and workshops, "Train the Trainer". Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. Collaboration: Work closely with the OCM Team, department heads and HR to align training programs with organizational goals. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress. Requirements: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in e-learning platforms and training software. Ability to work collaboratively with various departments. Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies. Experience in using SAP Enable Now and OnScreen for training development.
