| From: sumbul, keyinfotek [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: DEMATIC Software Application Specialist Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid) Client- ITC Job Description: We are seeking DEMATIC Specialist having minimum 10+ years of relevant experience with Dematic software applications, specifically in the ASRS module of Blue Yonder WMS. Having Proven track record in managing and supporting WCS and ASRS integrations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate the effectiveness of DEMATIC supply chain process and systems. Technical Skills: Dematic Professional having strong understanding of ASRS systems, WCS, and warehouse operations. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving software and integration issues. Experience with inventory management and reconciliation processes. Key Job Responsibility ASRS Module Management: Manage and support the ASRS module within the Blue Yonder WMS. Ensure smooth operation and functionality of the ASRS system, addressing any technical issues promptly. Dematic Support: Provide end-to-end support for Dematic software applications integrated with WCS (Warehouse Control System). Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dematic software, ensuring minimal downtime. Integration and Issue Resolution: Handle integration issues between WCS and ASRS, ensuring seamless data flow and system compatibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyse, and resolve integration problems. Inventory Reconciliation: Perform regular inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy between ASRS and WMS. Investigate and resolve discrepancies, implementing corrective actions as necessary. System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation. Implement software updates, patches, and upgrades as needed. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and issue resolutions. Generate and analyse reports on system performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency. User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Dematic software applications and ASRS functionality. Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and best practices. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with IT, operations, and other departments to support warehouse operations and continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Good to Have: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to be on-call for support as needed. Certification in Dematic software or Blue Yonder WMS (preferred).
