Please review our job opening below and kindly send us the updated resume ASAP along with the details of consultants; Please add [email protected] in your distribution list Role :: IAM Consultant Location :: Malvern, PA (Onsite) Type :: Contract Job Description We are seeking a skilled SiteMinder Consultant with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing secure web access management solutions using Broadcom (formerly CA Technologies) SiteMinder. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of identity management, single sign-on (SSO), and security policies. Key Responsibilities: SiteMinder Implementation & Configuration: Lead the design, installation, and configuration of SiteMinder solutions across various platforms, including web applications, APIs, and cloud environments. Access Control Policies: Develop, configure, and maintain policies for access control, identity management, and authentication processes. Single Sign-On (SSO) Setup: Implement and manage single sign-on (SSO) solutions and integrate with enterprise systems, directories, and cloud platforms. Integration & Customization: Integrate SiteMinder with other enterprise solutions, such as LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, and other federated identity protocols. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support, identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and optimize the performance of SiteMinder systems. Security & Compliance: Ensure that all implemented solutions comply with organizational security standards, data protection regulations, and access control best practices. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for configurations, policies, and support procedures. Training & Knowledge Transfer: Provide guidance, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams and stakeholders on SiteMinder best practices. Required Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with CA/Broadcom SiteMinder (Siteminder Policy Server, Web Agent, etc.). Technical Skills: Strong understanding of access management, authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), LDAP, Active Directory, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions. Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and deployment. Networking & Security: Familiarity with networking concepts, firewalls, load balancers, SSL/TLS, and web security principles. Problem Solving: Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving SiteMinder-related issues in production environments. Project Management: Experience in leading or participating in large-scale identity and access management (IAM) projects.
