ServiceNow Developer Job Summary ServiceNow Developer, must be local and willing to go on site to Washington DC Multi year contract 3 years + Job Description As a ServiceNow Developer you will support a client in enhancing and maintaining their ServiceNow platform to ensure reliable and secure IT services, as well as integrated business service support that meets or exceeds customer requirements Job Description We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support a client in enhancing and maintaining their ServiceNow platform to ensure reliable and secure IT services, as well as integrated business service support that meets or exceeds customer requirements. This is full-time, onsite, and long-term contract position. What Youll Do Perform system administration tasks and audit system access Author and maintain documentation related to system security, access, and user administration Develop and support various ServiceNow modules including ITSM, Security Operations, Strategic Portfolio Management, ITOM, and IT Asset Management Ensure the quality and functionality of platform changes through thorough testing Respond to operational and maintenance activities, resolving issues including defects, bugs, and errors Conduct business analysis and gather requirements for platform enhancements Manage both planned and urgent enhancement projects, ensuring timely delivery to meet critical needs What Youll Need Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration Proven experience with ServiceNow administration, including the management of user, group, and role records Ability to create and manage Access Control Lists (ACLs) and Query Business Rules (QBRs) Familiarity with the migration of Update Sets between environments Experience in conducting quality assurance testing for ServiceNow changes Proficiency in developing catalog items, workflows, and forms within the ITSM module Knowledge of managing and verifying the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Experience with modifying forms, choice lists, UI components, flows, playbooks, UI actions, and catalog scripts in the Security Operations module Skilled in modifying forms, choice lists, UI components, flows, UI actions, and catalog scripts in the Strategic Portfolio Management module Ability to modify forms, choice lists, UI components, flows, UI actions, and catalog scripts in the ITOM module Experience with monitoring and maintaining ServiceNow Discovery processes Competence in modifying forms, choice lists, UI components, flows, UI actions, and catalog scripts in the IT Asset Management module Knowledgeable in monitoring and maintaining IT Asset Management data Preferred: Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies is a plus Certification in ServiceNow System Administration or relevant modules is highly desirable Physical Demands: Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor Thanks and Regards// Pankaj Tiwary Technical Recruiter Email : [email protected] Web: www.sibitalent.com\\ https://www.linkedin.com/in/pankaj-tiwary-15631a171/ Keywords: user interface access management information technology golang Urgent Hiring || ServiceNow Developer || Washington DC Hybrid || Only USC OR GC [email protected] |
