Experience in working with different functions and transformations.- Exposure to integrating Data Services with different applications like SAP ECC, SAP BW and different Databases like MS SQL, Oracle, Postgres etc.- Have strong background in optimizing Data Services jobs by using best practices.- Have experience in leading a team of onsite and offshore developers.- Able to prioritize and manage his time effectively while working on multiple projects interfaces at the same time- Effectively delegate work to offshore developers, review their code and ensuring quality code is delivered following all the coding standards.- Self-motivated and have a strong sense of accountability. Able to work independently with little guidance.- Quick leaner and can get to the speed fast. Detail oriented and thorough in his work.- This is a development role for Integration area, no production support, No migration requirement. (1.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. (2.) To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure succeful delivery of complex projects. (3.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). (4.) To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and closure of escalations.
