This role involves working with global teams to enhance Workdays Talent Management, Performance, and Talent Optimization modules. Key Responsibilities: Act as a subject matter expert for Workdays Talent Management module. Partner with stakeholders to align Workdays features with business strategies. Drive continuous improvements based on user feedback. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data standards. Support reporting and analytics for the Talent Management module. Qualifications: Bachelors degree. At least 5 years of experience with Workday, especially Talent Management and large-scale implementations. Experience managing SaaS vendor relationships and aligning business needs with product strategies. Strong leadership and communication skills.
