Should have experience in installing and configuring web agent in both windows & Linux platform. Pro-actively monitor SiteMinder infrastructure for performance issues and implement solution to minimize downtime. Capable to maintain comprehensive documentation for SiteMinder configurations, troubleshooting procedures and best practices.
