| Role:Telecom / network infrastructure project manager Location:Onsite(Nortwest,Arkanasas) Client:UST/walmart Must Have : project manager with exp in Circuit data/telecom background. Job Description: Requirements include support Network Infrastructure projects, manage the implementation of Connectivity Solutions (Multiprotocol Label Switching, SDWAN, Direct Internet, & Satellite), managing telecom vendors/carriers, and launch new services. Retail and distribution centers . Prefer a local resource in Northwest Arkansas Projects will go through end of January 2025 and potentially through next year. Projects are "managed outcome" so there are SoWs for each project. Projects include: Manage the implementation of Connectivity Solutions (Multiprotocol Label Switching, SDWAN, Direct Internet, & Satellite) Managing telecom vendors/carriers i.e. manage the schedules, etc. Launch new services i.e. 5G, etc. Client can provide the details, schedules, and timelines for these projects. First, client wants to know if we can help them based on the level of detail recapped in this email. High-level Ideal Candidate: Located within Northwest Arkansas Telecom and/or Project Management Background Team Player Willingness to learn, explore and communicate with team and help others Key Information: "Internet Drains" Removal of external managed firewalls to internally managed for our Stores, Clubs and DCs (Distribution Centers) The "Installation of a 2nd backup circuit in our US stores" project is designed to provide an additional level of redundancy for our telecom services ensuring continuous operations even in the event of a primary circuit failure. Regular monitoring and assessment of the managed resources' performance against the set KPIs. Conducting periodic reviews to ensure project milestones are being met within the stipulated timelines. Maintaining open and regular communication with the managed outcome provider to ensure alignment with project goals and quality standards.
