Hi Role: AWS Postgres DBA Location: San Diego CA, Charlotte NC, Florham Park NJ (3 Days Onsite) Client : LPL Financial Job Summary: As an AWS Postgres DBA, you will be responsible for the management, monitoring, and optimization of our PostgreSQL databases hosted on AWS. You will ensure the performance, security, and reliability of our database systems, contributing to the success of our data-driven initiatives. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience as a Database Administrator with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience with PostgreSQL on AWS. In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL, including performance tuning, replication, and backup/recovery. Strong experience with AWS services related to databases, such as RDS, EC2, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Bash for automation tasks.
