Job Title: Oracle EPM Job type: Contract Location: Dallas, TX (onsite) Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 8 + Visa: GC, GC EAD, USC, H1B Job Overview: The Oracle EPM Specialist will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) solutions, including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Financial Close Management. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the effective deployment and maintenance of EPM applications. Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle EPM solutions, including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM (Hyperion Financial Management), and Oracle Analytics Cloud. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business users to understand their performance management needs and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. Solution Design: Design and develop EPM applications, including planning and forecasting models, financial reporting, and consolidation processes. Integration: Work on integrating EPM solutions with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) and data sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for EPM applications, including troubleshooting issues, performing upgrades, and applying patches. Training and Documentation: Develop user documentation, training materials, and conduct training sessions for end-users. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and optimize the performance of EPM applications to ensure they meet organizational needs and performance standards. Project Management: Manage EPM-related projects, including planning, execution, and coordination with stakeholders. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. Experience: Proven experience with Oracle EPM solutions, including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM, and Oracle Analytics Cloud. Skills: Strong understanding of EPM concepts, financial planning, and reporting. Proficiency in Oracle EPM tools and technologies. Experience with data integration and ETL processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Certifications: Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Hyperion Planning, Oracle Essbase) are highly desirable.
