It is a Senior-level role that shapes the product strategy, architecture, and execution. This role guides the development teams in building software capabilities with the highest business and customer impact. The Senior Product Manager is accountable for the delivery of business outcomes for multiple products spanning great complexity. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead our Dollar General Data Analytics Platform (DGDAP) initiative. This role will be instrumental in driving the development and execution of our enterprise data platform strategy on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in product management. Proved experience in the below skills: 5+ years of experience in product management MUST HAVE Proficiency in discovery techniques to gather user insights and validate product hypotheses MUST HAVE Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products MUST HAVE Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills MUST HAVE Product Management with a focus on data platforms, analytics, or related technologies PREFERRED Strong technical background with a deep understanding of cloud computing, data integration PREFERRED Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is highly desirable PREFERRED Duties & Responsibilities: What major responsibilities does this position have and what percentage of time is spent on completing them (Typically 5-7) Oversees and guides Product Execution - 35%: Lead the integration of diverse data sources into a unified system, ensuring seamless access, real-time insights, and an intuitive user interface. Meets with stakeholders to gain clarity on business needs and drives stakeholder alignment - 25%: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and business units, to ensure successful product development and implementation. Collaborates to create Product Strategies and vision - 15%: Define and drive the product strategy and vision for DGDAP, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs. Conduct market research, identify customer needs (internal and external) and translate them into actionable product roadmaps - 15%: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions. Defines technical metrics and aligns on success criteria - 10%: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the DGDAP initiative and drive continuous improvement.
