This individual will be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives and delivering transformational change aligned with the newly established Client Operations organization. The Business Process Engineer will use lean six sigma and project management skills and methodologies to drive the full lifecycle of project delivery from planning through implementation working with a wide range of business partners. The ideal candidate is someone who is: A self-starter able to lead independently and implement strategic organizational change and deliver measurable results Able to assess and prioritize organizational gaps and opportunities for process improvement Skilled in building partnerships across all levels of the organization through effective communication and high levels of engagement Adept at problem solving and identifying creative ways to reduce friction and enable speed and scale What you will do: Implement Client Operations improvement initiatives against agreed to timelines and scope by working closely with executive sponsors and project team members to deliver business outcomes Drive current state assessments, gap analysis, future state design, and implementation of project plans Facilitate productive and collaborative discussions by defining agendas, outlining objectives, and working towards decisions Build project and process documentation content, applying data driven insights What you bring: 3+ years of project management experience Lean Six Sigma black belt certification preferred PMI Certification and Change Management Certification a plus Financial services industry experience preferred with wealth management and/or private equity experience a plus Experience in business process mapping and design Experience in preparing and delivering executive level presentations Effective at managing multiple and often competing priorities Enthusiasm for the mission of the company and for its diverse and inclusive culture Education Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Experience 3-5 years of prior experience Keywords: information technology Massachusetts Business Analyst at Boston, MA [local to MA] - No H1B - Financial Domain [email protected] |
