Provide Client requested customizations and integrations using the Salesforce toolset. Support the current team in building a cohesive, streamlined and quality solution. Define technical best practices for the implementation. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. Use your expertise in various design patterns and in various integration options that include native Salesforce.com APIs and external solutions. Help build reusable code for use in future projects. To work on daily operational tasks on the project. Take complete ownership of the exception management on the Project that includes analysis and resolution of billing and enrolment exceptions. Work on Supporting and troubleshooting production issues as needed. Collaborate with team members to design, configure/develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions based on requirements from client on Salesforce using Force.com platform features including custom objects and fields, workflows, approval processes, process builder and Lightning Flows. Work on customization, creation and maintenance of record types, page layouts, objects, fields, formulas, data validation rules etc., Work on maintaining active user accounts, adding, and removing Profiles, roles, and permission sets. Work with SOQL & SOSL in combination with Apex classes and triggers. Work with Apex batch jobs for bulk data manipulation needs of the application while considering the Governor limits. Work as a Saleforce QA, prepared the Test cases in JIRA and tested whole application functionality in Salesforce. Implement Single Sign-On on force.com. Work with Salesforce Org backups manually and via automated tool Ownback up . Work on various Salesforce Administrations tasks like Reports, Dashboards, Workflow rules, Field Updates, creating Email Templates, Field level & Object level Securities, Roles, Profiles, Record Types, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, Formula fields, Reports and Dashboards etc. Use custom tools like Apex data loader for the handling the huge amount of DML operations on data like Insert, Update, Upsert, Delete etc. Involve in creating the Technical Document & the Test Case document to keep a track of changes. Unit and integration testing for new requirements and get the UAT from the business owner. Code Migrations between Sandbox, QA, UAT & Production Orgs using Change Sets and Eclipse. Perform various modifications on the existing code inside Salesforce & followed the governor limits before deployment into Production. Web services have been developed to get/put the data from/to Web Application develop in .NET Integrate with Dell Boomi and SQL Server through Progress data direct. Education: Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Science, Math, Computer Science, Business, Electrical, Electronics or equivalent.
