Shared Services Operating Model: Proven experience managing shared services operating models and providing governance guidance across multiple business groups. Technical Team Oversight: Experience providing influence and/or matrixed oversight to technical teams. Communication Skills: Strong facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills. Independent Operation: Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and thrive in ambiguous situations with a generalist mindset. Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with software development processes, technology trends, and project management principles. Problem-Solving: A curious mind with strong problem-solving skills using creative and critical thinking. Hybrid Work Environment: Experience in hybrid work settings, with proficiency in online collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, Teams, or similar. Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications preferred.
