Only USC with Security Clearance Description: Oracle Forms & Reports Developer 100% Remote role 6- Months CTH Job Description: Please note that all applicants must be US Citizens and have a Security+ certification. Summary: Client has an immediate need for a PL/SQL Developer specializing in Oracle Forms & Reports to work on a Contract-to-Hire position with our direct US Government client. This will be a 100% remote position. Must be a US Citizen and have a Security+ certification. SELECTED CANDIDATES WITHOUT REQUIRED CLEARANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION TO RECEIVE IT. Responsibilities: Perform design, coding and unit testing of content enhancements and maintenance. May work in one or several areas, such as equipment or software design, engineering evaluation or test, configuration management procedures, statistical analysis and modeling. Work with users to define existing or new system scope and objectives. Plan and schedules new applications systems projects with user, systems software, and computer center operations personnel, including the identification of objectives, time frames, costs, and manpower requirements. Perform tasks necessary to ensure the identification and documentation of hazards within software systems using various analysis tools and techniques. Confirm design mitigations are captured in the design and its documentation and verifies implementation. Identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback and correct problems. Evaluate code to ensure it is valid, meets industry standards and is compatible with devices or operation systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required. 5-7 years of Oracle related experience required. Active Security+ certification. Solid PL/SQL experience. Strong knowledge of Oracle DBMS 12c or higher. Strong knowledge of Oracle Forms & Reports. Oracle APEX experience is a PLUS. Familiarity utilizing JavaScript programming language and HTML. Prior experience working with Agile Methodology. Excellent communication skills. Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance. Candidate must be a US Citizen. Candidate must have lived in the US for the past 5 years. Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded.
