Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members. Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management processes. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: As a System Analyst, you will be responsible to work closely with customers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely resolution of issues and the smooth operation of our systems and applications.
