Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java for developing Dataflow pipelines and experience with Python for scripting and automation tasks. Data Engineering: Strong background in designing and implementing data pipelines using GCP Dataflow and Kafka. Hands-on experience with data transformation, data ingestion, and data processing. Messaging Systems: Experience with Kafka and Pub/Sub for real-time data streaming and messaging. Data Warehousing: Expertise in using Teradata for enterprise data warehousing (EDW) solutions, including reporting and analytical skills. Shell Scripting: Competence in shell scripting for automation and task management. Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze data, generate insights, and report on data-driven findings. Reporting: Experience in creating and managing reports, with a strong focus on analytical and business intelligence reporting. Experience: Total Experience: 10+ years in data engineering and related fields. GCP Data Engineering: At least 4 years of focused experience in GCP data engineering roles. Core Competencies: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with GCP technologies, including Dataflow, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, and Airflow. Strong proficiency in Java and Python for data pipeline development and automation. Extensive experience with Kafka for real-time data streaming and integration.
