Role: IT Asset Manager Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite) Experience (Years): 8+ Yrs. Competencies: Flexera Manage ServiceNow SAM Queue Retirement intimation of applications, Cloud hosted application utilization Review tasks, General SAM support, Software Missing packages information update. Process purchases into licenses in Flexera. Collecting Purchase information from ServiceNow forms to populate purchase imports to Flexera including software line- item details. Processing of purchases into new/existing Software existing licenses including correct metric, quantities, normalization of software publisher. Run reports from Flexera around software usage and installation details. Participate in inventory management activities to maintain an accurate record of software assets, working collaboratively with USAA to identify and address any discrepancies. Support contract portfolio reviews by providing relevant software license data. Documentation and Metrics: Create/maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents of in-scope operations managed as part of SAM team.
